Release Summary
The WorldWind Explorer v0.3.0 is an iterative milestone in the construction of a web application framework featuring the NASA Web WorldWind SDK. This release includes the addition of MIL-STD-2525C Tactical Symbols from Spatial Illusions, plus OpenStreetMap and Sentinal-2 imagery from EOX GimH. Also, Info panel is now populated with About, Location and selected Item panels.

Known issues
- The MIL-STD-2525C Tactical Symbol editor does not accommodate text modifiers yet
- Time Controls slider control functionality
- Touch gestures not working on sliders
End User impact/User facing changes
- The Info panel now manifests an About tab with acknowledgements, a Location tab with geospatial info about the current position, and a Item tab with details about the currently selected item on the globe.
- All marker shapes (pushpins and tactical symbols) are managed in the Markers tab.
Impacts to other development teams/compatibility
- Removed MapIcons and Weather Scouts. These features are implemented by the forked and deployed version:
emxsys/explorer.worldwind.earth - Remove libraries not used by the core.

- The Explorer object assembles the views and view models.
- Views are now HTML fragment files that loaded by RequireJS
- View models take an assigned view and attach it to the DOM and apply the Knockout bindings.
