Add wind direction vectors to wind speed graph #32

Customize the Wind Speed graph to show the wind direction. Will require customizing the vis.js code or css. Consider:

A rotated triangle/arrow instead of a point for the symbol
A rotated line segment emanating from the point symbol

emxsys added the enhancement label
