When trying to use WinDbg with nxdk applications the modules list is not populated with the correct information meaning symbols can't be loaded (I believe?).

I know the idea is for nxdk apps to be debuged using gdb and such but it would be nice to support a more native method. To generate pdb's we'd just need to do -gcodeview instead.
