Macbook Air M2 to Ubuntu 23.10 issues: blank screen and errors #4102

I just installed Xpra on a newly installed Ubuntu 23.10 and my MB air 15 (M2 chip)

When I connect to the server via SSH to start a desktop, I get a blank screen (interestingly identifying as a folder icon in the cmd-tab running apps list!) and several warnings/errors on the client:

Even starting the desktop on the server (with --start=xterm). and then using shadow only brings up a blank screen

Yes, that's expected. Until the libffi errors are solved, many things will be broken.

No idea, I don't have an M1 or M2 mac.
I've heard people say that the x86_64 version does run.

It doesn't. macOS immediate on starting it says it's damaged and it gets a signal 9
