既に音声ファイルを開いて再生中の状態で、'ファイルを開く'ボタンを押下して
wavファイルを開いた際に正しく読み込みができない問題を修正。
既に音声ファイルを開いて再生中の状態で、フォームを閉じると例外が発生する問題を修正。
リリースパッケージにpdbを同封していたがリリースビルドでは不要なので削除した。
その他軽微な変更。

Fixed an issue where a wav file could not be loaded correctly when the 'Open File' button was pressed while an audio file was already open and playing.
Fixed an issue where closing the form while an audio file was already open and playing would cause an exception.
The pdb was included in the release package, but it is no longer needed for release builds, so it has been removed.
Other minor changes.
