I found another post about Starlink links and it recommended BBR congestion management. I tried BBR and BBR2. BBR2 seems to do the best job - lower latency and higher throughput. I'm still not getting much more bandwidth that with only one link. That may be a result of the 60-80ms latency on the LTE links. I also found this post interesting: |

I am running openmptcrouter (OMR) with two LTE links. The links have varying bandwidth. Without QoS shaping, the latency shoots up to 600ms+. While downloading a file, browsing stalls. If I set QoS to a low threshold then the latency drops to ~150ms and the link handles browsing and downloading.
The problem is that setting QoS artificially low reduces bandwidth much of the time since the available bandwidth is often greater than the minimum. As a comparison, Speedify seems to handle varying bandwidth and maintains a ~150ms latency.
Are there some OMR settings - either on the router or the VPS - that can accommodate varying bandwidth links without clamping the throughput? I have not tweaked the OMR settings. I noticed that TCP low latency is enabled on the router.
Thanks!
