OMR setup with on board modem does not work.

Q : I am trying to bond the onboard modem i.e. mobile broadband modems with sims in it which has telstra ip address and its gateway etc.
Is the OpenMPTcpRputer setup is useful in this scenario as i sense that i need Router-modem which i can configure the IP as shown in the support pages and a switch ?
My setup i dont have switch VPS is on another PC in same network as the host PC, the Hyper-V OMR is running and i am trying to setup the cellular modem to bond and getting below errors
VPN NOT running
DNS issue: cant resolve hostname
Server ()
Cant ping server - although i can ping VPS from OMR host
Cant contact server admin script ( no token yet available )

on WAN
Gateway Down
No server ping response after 1 sec
