Fixed : Working on Ubuntu WSL at least, with IsJAVAInstalled = False during deubgging, must run on regular Ubuntu.

Works in continuity

When used with

python -m wakdbe

it is working, creating necessary folders in CWD, unpacking extract working, protect (Compress) working. A lot of things are still left. You're are welcomed to test it out.
