Describe your enhancement idea

Scenario:

User receives their first payment on Zeus: has 40k sats received. Tries to clear out LN wallet and gets an error trying to pay an invoice of 40k.

We need to somehow convey to users that they cannot send more than their inbound minus the outbound channel reserve.
