Feature Request: Option to manually exclude items from the "Check All Items" helper

I love the ability to highlight items needed for future quests. However, I have one issue that I'm hoping could be addressed in a future update: I'd love if we could manually filter out items to be highlighted by the "Check All Items" helper. I'd specifically like to stop the plugin from highlighting every coin drop I receive, as it can sometimes be distracting, ugly, and not useful.
