Telegram bot that registers chat participants who woke up and counts their number.

Required:

— Python 3.8 or 3.9 version (may work in newer, never checked it)

— pyTelegramBotAPI (pip install pyTelegramBotAPI)

— shedule (pip install schedule)

— threading (pip install thread6)
