Paper Scouting Templates and Automated Scanning Input

Some teams don't have access to internet at events or multiple devices to scout in real time.

Describe the solution you'd like
A system to allow teams to print out templates for paper scouting for each match, then teams can import the data collected on paper into FRCScouting.ca by scanning / taking a picture of the template. The template should be user friendly and easy to understand and then submitting the form to FRCScouting.ca should be as simple as uploading a picture/scan of the template.

Additional context
Templates should have a unique identifier (barcode) on them to identify which match they are for.
