If anyone find their Intel Bluetooth not working in Ventura 13.6.3 make sure to check this issue on OpenIntelWireless git.
Make sure to generate your own PlatformInfo i.e. SMBIOS and use Macbook Pro 14,1 for better compatibility with CPU.
Works flawlessly on macOS Ventura 13.6.4! Also, official support for Intel Kabylake based Macbooks have been dropped i.e there will be no official macOS Sonoma update via updater.
