Hook.app is not signed with a Developer ID certificate from Apple, so when you try to open it, the following window will appear:
Until I get around to signing with an official certificate, the fix is to simply remove the quarantine attribute marked by the OS:
xattr -d com.apple.quarantine /Applications/Hook.app
