Some suggestions

Configure the settings for this repo so that:

  • Require signed commits - commits pushed to matching refs must have verified signatures.
  • Require a pull request before merging - ensures there's a place to discuss every commit
  • Require status checks to pass - ensures all tests pass before merging into main
  • Rename master branch to main
