** Known Issues: **

  1. Not all intermediate layouts considered for animation (Maximum 77 nodes considered).
  2. Undo doesn't function well with re - optimisation.

Remark: The technology we are currently using seems to have isues when running on Ubuntu in Virtualbox. To use AcmacsDesktop, please disable mouse integration in Virtualbox.

Alpha version of AcmacsDesktop. Although the basic functionality is implemented, there are still some issues that need fixing.

Remark: Currently, the technology we use seems to have isues when running on Ubuntu in Virtualbox. To use AcmacsDesktop, please disalbe mouse integration in virtualbox.

Features:

  • Opening and saving several filetypes (including .xls, .xlsx, .txt, .save, .acd1, .acd1.bz2, .acd1.xz, .acp1, .acp1.bz2, .acp1.xz)
  • Exporting the file into the previously mentioned file types.
  • Optimise antigenic cartography maps
  • Zooming and moving of nodes
  • Display error and connection lines
  • Show node labels
  • Browse the corresponding table
  • Disable nodes
  • Make a new map (from a selection of nodes)
  • Use shortcuts to interact with the application
