AMTA 2006 has two "panel" volumes, 2006.amta-panel1 and 2006.amta-panel2, with different paper titles but identical <url> entries. This is because the URL entries say -panels in both cases, instead of -panel1 and -panel2.

See:

<volume id="panel1" ingest-date="2021-05-17" type="proceedings">
<meta>
<booktitle>Proceedings of the 7th Conference of the Association for Machine Translation in the Americas: Panel on machine translation for social impact</booktitle>
<publisher>Association for Machine Translation in the Americas</publisher>
<address>Cambridge, Massachusetts, USA</address>
<month>August 8-12</month>
<year>2006</year>
<venue>amta</venue>
</meta>
<frontmatter>
<url hash="a59e7206">2006.amta-panels.0</url>
<bibkey>amta-2006-association-machine</bibkey>
</frontmatter>
<paper id="1">
<title>Meadan global dialogue</title>
<author><first>Ed</first><last>Bice</last></author>
<url hash="c9024543">2006.amta-panels.1</url>
<bibkey>bice-2006-meadan</bibkey>
</paper>
<paper id="2">

<volume id="panel2" ingest-date="2021-05-17" type="proceedings">
<meta>
<booktitle>Proceedings of the 7th Conference of the Association for Machine Translation in the Americas: Panel on hybrid machine translation: why and how?</booktitle>
<publisher>Association for Machine Translation in the Americas</publisher>
<address>Cambridge, Massachusetts, USA</address>
<month>August 8-12</month>
<year>2006</year>
<venue>amta</venue>
</meta>
<frontmatter>
<url hash="3b3937c7">2006.amta-panels.0</url>
<bibkey>amta-2006-association-machine-translation</bibkey>
</frontmatter>
<paper id="1">
<title>Presentation</title>
<author><first>Jaime</first><last>Carbonell</last></author>
<url hash="e1ccdfad">2006.amta-panels.1</url>
<bibkey>carbonell-2006-presentation</bibkey>
</paper>

Consequently, both the entries in panel1 and panel2 link to the same PDFs, meaning half of the entries link to a wrong PDF.
