Ingestion preview checklist

The following is a checklist that should be useful to people submitting volumes to the Anthology. To use it, navigate to your event page, which should be linked from your pull request (it takes the form of https://preview.aclanthology.org/{pull_request_name}/events/{venue_id}-{year}/; these previews are removed once the pull request is merged). This page will include a link to all the volumes in your request, including main conference volumes and associated workshops.

We suggest you use the following checklist as a guide to help minimize errors and the subsequent need for corrections. This can be done in just a few minutes.

1. Ensure that the list of editors is correct
2. Click on the first paper in each volume---the frontmatter---and ensure that event info is correct
3. Scroll through the volume proceedings, looking for glaring errors, such as misformatted names or titles
4. Click on a volume, and then on the hyperlinked venue ID (e.g., "ACL", "INLG"). This will bring you to a page of all volumes for that venue ID, across the years. Ensure that there is consistency in naming over the years.
5. Download the frontmatter and verify that the table of contents matches at least three randomly-selected papers
6. Download 3–5 PDFs (including the first and last one) and make sure they are correct (title, authors, page numbers).

Please note that to reduce the time, space, and file counts, we only generate BibTeX files for the first three papers in each volume.
