First PR 🥳

Changes:

  1. Creates a colors file and moves our brand colors into there
  2. Creates a colors story for Encourage using this neat thing https://storybook.js.org/docs/react/api/doc-block-colorpalette
  3. Deprecates a lot of stuff so in another release can move away from having a custom theme.
