failed to load 'plugin.py'

I experience the same issue "failed to load 'plugin.py'" as discussed before in discussions #60 and #61. I work together with another pi-user and we both experience this problem. This plug-in worked before for us, but now we get this error. We tried all the tips as stated in the discussions #60 and #61. We installed pi from scratch lately, so It seems a version problem. What can be the cause, and how to solve it?
