Ability to save, delete and recall a log Filter Tag

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Select Menu and Filter Tag Option
2. 'Enter a tag name' dialog appears

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Instead, a list of saved tags should appear to select from.
Also, there should be a way to create a new tag or delete one of the saved 
tags

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Logger 1.2 on Android 1.6 and a T-Mobile G1
