New Feature - GitHub Action for Automated Deployments

Purpose

Automate deployments to production when merging to master to simplify and speed up the process.

Requirements

Use GitHub Actions
Automated deployment when merging to master
Automatically tag and release as the latest version
Version number based on package.json
