Enable the plugin

Navigate to "http://your.moodle/admin/index.php" as an admin.
Click “Upgrade Moodle database now”.
Click “Continue”.
Configure the plugin
Go to "http://your.moodle/admin/settings.php?section=managelogging".
Enable the "Logstore xAPI" plugin.
