Issue observation:- The CTA link behaviour was not functioning as intended when creating cards with the Icon Cards style. In both instances, the page opens in a new window, despite the CTA Link Behavior being set to open in the same tab. Upon inspection, it also was not working for our cards that use overlay links. This fix enables this for both :)
