Why are DTM launch & marketingtech scripts loaded before LCP?

Do we need to load launch JS on the LCP path? Or could we postpone it?

Launch and martech are loaded pre-LCP for cases when personalization and/or target is used. @vivgoodrich might have more input on why this dependency exists.
