192.168.0.0/24 vs 192.168.0.0-24?

While we are at it, can / should we get rid of LOCAL_NET by default anyhow?

I'm for keeping LOCAL_NET as it is. Getting rid of it completely is IMO out of question as we have to be able to get internet connection from somewhere. I don't see drawbacks of allowing full address space.
