[Bug]: List Metadata not interpretting coma as break between Items #3781

What happened?

Just imported a bunch of books that have the Genre listed like "Action, Adventure, Fantasy, Paranormal, Humorous" in their Metadata and instead of interpretting the comas as a break it groups it into one large super genre.

What did you expect to happen?

Comma's should be interpreted in the same way as a semi colon when determining breaks in list metadata fields

Steps to reproduce the issue

  1. Import file with already present Metadata that uses comma's instead of semi colons to seperate lists
  2. Profit?!
