This initial version of SimPrily can run whole chromosomes, and can also use an ascertainment scheme to create a pseudo array for sample data.
Uses MaCS to perform coalescent simulation.
All included allele frequency based statistics are calculated.
Option available to use GERMLINE to find IBD segments.
Option available to print ped and map files of pseudo array data.
Includes Pegasus HTC workflow for the Open Science Grid.
