Visual clue on Adobe Updates and Customer executions #1

@ahmed-musallam Adding a visual clue in this app on production pipeline to distinguish between Adobe Push updates(Trigger:push_upgrades) and Customer updates(manual) would really be helpful too

@kunwarsaluja I am not sure what you mean?

Do you mean in the pipeline view or the Executions view?

Also, the API for both pipeline AND execution returns trigger as one 3 values

[ON_COMMIT, MANUAL, SCHEDULE]

as documented here https://www.adobe.io/apis/experiencecloud/cloud-manager/api-reference.html#/

For both Pipeline and Pipeline Execution Models. And there is no push_upgrades

Unless the API changed but the Swagger docs did not?

hmm i don't see an API to detect that yet but for now is no simple way to detect if the pipeline execution was done by Adobe in case of AEM Cloud Service(daily push updates or was triggered by the customer). maybe once Adobe adds an API to distinguish, you can adjust.
