Enhancement request : Allow actions to approve/reject for production deployment pipeline in AEM Cloud service

Currently Cloud manager desktop shows the Production pipeline is in the running state whereas it's waiting for an action (approve/reject) to move further in the execution cycle.

would be a great, If we can add a feature to approve/reject for the prod pipeline from this CM desktop app,

I am not sure that I want to use this tool to do production deployments. Given that it uses a service user and not a real user. I would be much better if production deployments are issued by actual users for tracking purposes. If you use a service user, you might not know who triggered the deployment.

I am actually considering making production pipelines as read only
