Tasks

• Remove punctuation marks from markdown file generation
• Added total number of null scores
• Better rounding of accuracy scores and time elapsed

• All punctuation marks are removed from markdown files
• Total numbers are updated to zero for improved rounding in markdown files
• JSON files are properly sorted
• Files containing a "skip" field skip certain processing steps
