Using various command line tools frameworks

In this demo, i m using various frameworks in order to parse command line arguments and run commands :

• System.CommandLine
• CommandLineUtils
• Spectre.Console.Cli
• Cocona

In order to run commands, type :

• [App.exe] upper -i [input]
• [App.exe] lower -i [input]
• [App.exe] --version
• [App.exe] --help
