Add a refresh date near the top or bottom of the page

I don't see any last processed date information on the publication site.

It would be useful to have this information, and not just the Publication Count: 1467, the way it is displayed on the ESGF CMIP6 Data Holdings page, and possibly also use some color to show the references that were recently added/updated

The cells are shaded by how recently their latest datasets were published.

This information could be displayed near the top of the page, or in the banner at the bottom. BTW, it was a very good idea to put a link to the GH page in the bottom banner!
