Asynchronous CL-POSTGRES (prototype)
What's working:
- TCP connect with password-based auth, plain or MD5.
- UNIX socket connect (when CL-ASYNC supports PIPE-CONNECT)
- async-send-parse, async-send-execute (the latter returns affected row count)
- result set row handling
