Support for Angular 18

Issue description

Current behavior:
Nebular 13 does not support Angular 18, it expects Angular 17 as a dependency. When used with Angular 18, npm complains about unresolved dependencies.

Expected behavior:
Nebular should work out of the box with Angular 18.
After that, it should be possible to make the project zoneless change detection. In this way, signal should be used

The angular 18 update is out since August 7
