OLS-5 Week 01: First Mentor-Mentee Meeting

We were meant to do this before the call, but it will be useful to do now nevertheless:

• Take a self-assessment survey (template).
• Revisit how Renato can best support us.

Actions:

• @lukehare @LydiaFrance I suggest we all take the survey, it looks useful. This is a public repository so it's perfectly fine to keep share the results on slack or via our hackmd workspace ready to discuss with Renato.
• I will look at the original application and comment on this issue with a revised version of how Renato can best support us, which will become clearer as the project progresses.

I have just the self-assessment survey and scored 34/72. Scored ok in the Empower sections, but not in the Design and Build sections. Partly due to lack of ownership of open projects.

I'm going to read the Mozilla open leadership framework that is linked in the template.

I think it will be a helpful pedagogical exercise for us to all read the framework then discuss? Since we are all learning about open leadership.

I'll add this to our open canvas/roadmap
