I'm guessing from the # in the first line that the first screenshot is Live Preview, not Reading View?

What is the theme you are using? Any custom snippets?

Oh yes, it was. Here is Reading View:

I am using the minimal theme and several custom snippets. Most importantly this one:
Clean embeds.txt

Ok, if I test the Minimal theme itself, everything looks perfect.

So for me to troubleshoot this, please create a demo vault with the plugins/themes needed to make this issue occur.

Once you've created the demo vault, zip it up and upload as an attachment in this thread.
