I know that callouts using

> this is a callout

work, but it would be nice if the admonition plugin were supported for collapsible callouts:

title: this closes and opens. 
collapse: closed
If collapse is open, this shows and collapses as it should.
But if collpase is set to closed, it fails, at least for me.
```
