Initial version

-Just open "index.html" (no webserver needed)
-Select "browse", open a dynamics nav objects.txt file (no .fob files)
-Select "Load ERD"
-Done

Hints:
-Tested with firefox browser and dynamics nav 2017 objects
-Large files (>50 objects) will take some time
-edit "settings.js" to change look/feel and behavior.
-Documentation is on the way
