automatic releases and luarocks/rocks.nvim support?

rocks.nvim has the ability to install luarocks packages and automatically install dependencies, including tree-sitter parsers.

I was wondering: Would you be open to automating releases and publishing this plugin to luarocks.org?

Hey, that sounds like a useful thing, but lately I'm out of time to work on the plugin. Once I'll have some again, likely around January, I'll give it a look.
