Ghost blinky

Prototype

First proper release with:

• Working Pac-Man movements (use the arrow keys) with collisions and teleportation
• Working pellet eating and internal increment of the score
• Ghosts being frightened when a Power Pellet is eaten
• Collision with a ghost triggers either a restart of the game or teleporting it to the ghost house
