Fairing Hangar

Fairing Hangar is an aerodynamic fairing that uses our newest Hangar™ technology to provide the easiest and safest transfer of your payload to orbit. It features small integrated reaction wheel, battery and ejection system that gives a small push to jettisoned payload for clean separation. It is easily reusable, as only the cheap jettisoned panels need replacement. It does not provide any interface, except that of the part menu, and should be activated through staging.

If you use the Fairing to encapsulate a final stage of a rocket, all maneuver nodes and control state are correctly transferred to that stage upon jettison, even if the maneuver is in progress.

The Fairing may be ordered in different sizes to fit any payload in.
