Feature request -beacon delay -audible beacon with user adjustable strength and delay

Add audible beacon while idle, allow user adjustable beacon strength, and user adjustable idle delay period before beginning to enunciate beacon. Suggest default beacon delay = off/disabled in order to maintain existing behavior.

The beacon_delay feature from Bluejay.asm has proven desirable to help locate a lost vehicle as well as indicate the vehicle is still powered up. The increased user awareness beacon delay can provide helps prevent equipment overheating and promotes safety in general.
