Deploying Amber

WORK IN PROGRESS!!!

I'm guessing this is old info because the latest Amber does not call loadAmber in index.html: loadAmber({..., deploy: true}); //Changing deploy to true will make amber load *.deploy.js files which are the same files but without debug infos, etc. Also, it won't load the compiler, etc.
