This is a placeholder to outline a task of restricting GH_TOKEN access/scope in various workflows.

Why is the one-app-admins team assigned to the whole of the repo in CODEOWNERS? Whether that is intentional, I'd suggest assigning that team to the .github/ folder as a measure to prevent modification of those files from external contributors. 👍🏽👎🏽?
