Complaints Manager

A simple and powerful Web app for managing complaints.

Features

  • 3 user roles (Admin, Enployee, Engineer)
  • Admin/Employee can assign Engineer for particular compalint.
  • Only assigned complaints are available to an Engineer.
  • Track complaints in realtime (also available to customer).
  • Isolated and personilized dashboards for each user.

  • Automatic complaints grouping based on stage(status) of the complaint.
  • Discuss/Comment on sepecfic complaint.
  • Store Section - Completly different space for management of components used in repairing (Accessible to Admin Only).

  • Complaints statstics from Complaints Dashboard.
  • Personalized dashboards for engineers and employees.
  • Attach components to a complaint available in store (Keeps in sync in realtime).
  • Close complaints on successfull varification of customer with OTP/Email.
