Finalize build documentation

User story

As a user, I would like to have a build documentation, so that I can understand better how to build the program on a clean state computer.

Acceptance Criteria

---

• There should be a build process section
• There should be a requirement process section
• (optional ) Environment section
• need to be added in the GitHub Wiki
• see https://github.com/amosproj/amos2023ws06-sales-lead-qualifier/wiki for reference
• a pdf file and md file should be created and the pdf file needs to be uploaded in the sprint-12/build-documentation.pdf
• ReadMe file should also be updated.
• The documentation should contain latest version changes of the application (17.07.2024)

DoD General Criteria

• Feature has been merged into the main branch
• Feature has been added to the documentation
• Product owner approved features
• Developers agreed to release
