Docs: Plugins section cleanup #550

Cleaning up the Plugins section so that it makes more sense. Changes include:

  • Moving the plugin guides section under the Learn sidebar category and renaming it to Guides. Also, making the guides a bit less about plugins but about getting some specific done.
  • Renaming pages, titles, and sidebar titles, so it's cleaner and makes more sense.
  • Removing duplicates
  • Adding notes, and adjusting sentences where necessary so things make more sense.

This PR takes care of #540.
