Internal Restructure

• Moved much of the Document code into the ListDocumentModel class
• Started unit testing for the ListDocumentModel
• The ListDocumentModel is completely protocol and data independent -- It can now be used with any protocol and to manipulate any ordered data type
• This release contains bugs, so do not use it
