A ready-made Quartus project with everything you need to start the PPU. Everything you need is already inside, you only need to configure the external pins for your setup. The project has 3 top-level files B1, B2, B3. Select the file you need and assign it as a top-level file in Quartus. The files differ in the ways they connect the PPU to the VRAM interface.
